Terms of Service
ShippingIn most circumstances I will ship your item within 1 business day of your purchase, but please expect processing within 3 business days unless otherwise noted within a product's detail page. Extended processing time may be required if your order includes a product that requires personalization, autographs, are made to order, or imported.
If you require a rush on your order, please contact me before ordering or make note of the rush when placing your order.
I normally will choose among the big 3 shippers - USPS, UPS and FedEx - regardless of the options presented to you during checkout. My selection is based first upon type of item you've purchased and factors such as whether or not its fragile or if it's lightweight or super heavy. Then, I look at shipper efficiency in price based on distance vs. weight vs packaging requirements. In most cases I will choose USPS Priority Shipping or equivalent from any shipper.
In the case that you've selected a shipping option and delivery is made by another shipper. If you require or prefer I use a specific shipper, please request that shipper when placing your order.
Free shipping offers are based upon the lowest rate, standard shipping method available as of the time of your order.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES POLICY:
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted unless the item arrives damaged during shipment or we made a mistake and shipped you the wrong item. Any return or request for refund must be made within days of your order's delivery date.
Please contact us before returning your item so that we can issue you a return authorization number and, if applicable, a free return shipping label. All packages received to our location without a prior authorization will be rejected and returned to the sender.
DAMAGED SHIPPING CONTAINER
If your shipment's package arrives visibly damaged from the outside, please take photos of the package before opening. We need to see its condition as it arrived so that we can submit a claim to the shipper for damages. If the case becomes that your shipping container is the only thing that is damaged, please contact us with your damages photos so that we can notify the shipper to the poor condtion of your delveiry.
DAMAGED ITEM(S)
If you open your package and find your ordered items to be damaged, please take photos of the damages. If there are no damages to your items, you may choose to keep them.
If your ordered item(s) show damages or is no longer in working condition, please contact us immediately so that we can initiate your return by way of exchange if available or refund.
ORDERED ITEM(S) > WRONG ITEM, COLOR, SIZE, ETC.
If we made a mistake with your order and you received the wrong item or the item is a difference color, size or other variation from what you ordered. Please contact us no later than 14 days from your order's delivery date to request an exchange or refund.
RETURN + EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS
1) Please notify us via email or message about your damages or order problems immediately, but no later than 14 days from your order's delivery date as reported to us by the shipper's tracking number for your order.
Include the following in your message:
- Subject Line (if available) Delivered Order Request
- Full name, Order Id #, Place of purchase, Best way to reach you
- State your problem and requested resolution
- Attach any photos you've taken to this message
We will respond to your request within 48 hrs of its receipt.
Once your request is accepted, we will be issued a Return Authorization and, if applicable, a free return shipping label.
2) Place the contents of your order, including the original shipping container and packaging into a new shipping container.
3) Print and place your Return Authorization Slip into the shipping container before securely sealing or taping it closed.
4) Print and affix the shipping label to the outside of your shipping container. Your assigned return authorization number will be printed on the label, so there's no need to write it on the outside of the container.
5) Drop your return pacakge at the shipper's nearby drop off location, or call the shipper for a pick up at your location. If you're not sure where to go or who to call right now, no worries! We will include the shipper's phone numbers to call and their locations closest to you when we respond to your request.
6) As soon as your return package is received, we willl dispatch a replacement if available, or issue a refund to the payment method you used to make your purchase.
Please do not return any item to us without prior authorization or a written agreement by us to accept a returned item for damage or any other reason. We will not accept any item without a return authorization. For questions or concerns, please contact us.
Warranty
25th Street Peddler does not offer or provide any warranties for products sold. Please refer to the manufacturers terms and conditions for warranties for any items that we offer for sale that advertise a manufacturer limited or lifetime warranty. 25th Street Peddler will not be held liable or responsible for any product-related warranty repairs, refunds, returns or any other promises made by a manufacturer or manufacturer distributor marked, labeled or branded on any product we sell, unless otherwise noted on that item's for sale listing page.
Most items offered by 25th Street Peddler are used and sold to you in as-is condition unless otherwise noted. You should expect small imperfections, fading or wear and tear from prior use and age of an item. If there are any damages or imperfections that might impact use of item that might otherwise be functional, those problems will be disclosed on an item's detail page.
However, we do not warranty or guarantee functionality of any item. If any item has not been or cannot be tested we will note this on an items detail page as well.
We strive to include and disclose defects or unusual wear, but oversight or non-disclosure does not change the terms of sale or negate any terms of any policies written under any heading of our store.
For the terms of 25th Street Peddler, damages are defined only as those created during the shipping process for packages while in transit and under the case of the shipper. We do not recongize the terms "prior damage" or "damaged during X use" or "it broke while I was X".
All sales are final and items sold are as-is, regardless of photography, regardless of language included or excluded on a product detail page.
Data Privacy
As of this date, 11/20/2022, 25th Street Peddler does not collect, use or transfer any customer data outside of our sales channel provider systems. Our only use of your data is when printing your packing slip and shipping label where your name and shipping address are sent via our printer app to the network printer in our office. We expect this policy to change in the near future. For futher details please check back here often.
